The hotel has a great location for business or leisure breaks and boasts 130 bright, modern and spacious air conditioned rooms. All of the rooms have TVs with satellite channels and movies, power showers, tea/coffee making facilities, telephones and internet connection points. Broadband wireless internet access is available throughout and the hotel’s superb facilities include 2 state-of-the-art meeting rooms and a lounge and bar.
Gunwharf Quays itself has a vast number of attractions, including designer clothing outlets, restaurants, bars, a cinema, bowling, a casino and a comedy club. The hotel’s great location also offers convenient access to all of Portsmouth's many attractions, such as the Historic Dockyard, Old Portsmouth with its cobbled streets, and the waterfront, filled with traditional pubs and restaurants.
The hotel’s 2 modern meeting rooms feature comfort cooling and air conditioning, natural daylight and wireless LAN internet access.
Secure underground car parking is located at the Gunwharf Quays complex and the hotel’s reception desk can validate guests’ parking tickets. Parking is free for the first 24 hours, with a charge for each additional 24-hour period thereafter. The car park is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The car park has lifts.
Please note that dedicated disabled car parking spaces are available outside the hotel entrance, with a drop-off/pick-up facility by the front door.

The breakfast area is also located in the lounge area and a complimentary continental breakfast is available each morning.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 15.5 miles (25 km) from Southampton Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport.
By Public Transport:
The nearest train station is Portsmouth Harbour, which is located right next to the Gunwharf Quays complex. Buses and ferries also run regularly from and to Portsmouth Harbour train station.
By Car (from the M27 motorway):
- Leave the M27 motorway at junction 12, following the M275 towards Portsmouth.
- At the end of the M275, take the 2nd exit at the Church Street roundabout.
- Continue on to the next roundabout and again take the 2nd exit, following the signs for the Historic Waterfront.
- Stay in the left-hand lane and continue on through the traffic lights.
- After the traffic lights, move into the right-hand lane and, at the next set of traffic lights, turn right into Park Road/Millennium Boulevard (signposted Gunwharf Quays).
- The hotel is at the end of the road.
